Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On April 21, 2015, PSEG is holding its Annual Meeting of Stockholders in Newark, NJ. In his remarks at the Annual Meeting, Ralph Izzo, Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer will be reaffirming that for 2015 PSEG is projecting a third consecutive year of earnings growth. PSEG has previously furnished on Form 8-K earnings guidance for 2015 of $2.75 - $2.95 per share.
