Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On April 21, 2015, Peoples Financial Services Corp. issued a press release announcing unaudited results of operations for the three month period ended March 31, 2015, and financial condition at March 31, 2015. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
