Item 8.01           Other Events

 

On April 20, 2015, TetraLogic Pharmaceuticals Corporation (the “Company”) entered into a collaboration agreement with Merck & Co. (“Merck”).  Under the terms of the agreement, the Company and Merck, through subsidiaries, will collaborate on an initial Phase 1 dose-escalation study of birinapant in combination with KEYTRUDA® in subjects with relapsed or refractory solid tumors.  The Company will sponsor and fund the clinical trial and Merck will supply KEYTRUDA®.  The companies have formed a Joint Development Committee to collaboratively oversee the conduct of the clinical trial.  Results from the clinical trial will be used to determine the path for further clinical development of the combination.
