Item 8.01. Other Events.
On April 20, 2015, Raytheon Company announced the signing of definitive agreements with Vista Equity Partners to form a new joint venture company that will combine Websense, Inc., a Vista portfolio company, with Raytheon Cyber Products, a business unit of Raytheon’s Intelligence, Information and Services segment.
A copy of Raytheon’s press release issued on April 20, 2015 is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is hereby incorporated herein by reference.
