Item 8.01 Other Events.
On March 30, 2015, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Midwest Holding Inc. (the “Company”) appointed Steve Conner, to the Board. Mr. Conner was appointed to fill a Board vacancy effective March 30, 2015 and appointed Dana Stapleton to fill a Board vacancy effective March 30, 2015.
Information on Steve Conner, age 62, is as follows: Mr. Connor has worked as a consultant for Midwest Agri-Commodities since 1975.
Information on Dana Stapleton, age 47, is as follows: Mr. Stapleton has worked as a farmer and rancher since 1988.
