Intrawest Provides Preliminary Fiscal 2015 Third Quarter Results

Denver, Colorado, April 20, 2015 - Intrawest Resorts Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: SNOW), a leading North American mountain resort and adventure company, today is initiating a process to re-price its Term Loan under the Company’s existing Credit Agreement. In conjunction with that process, the Company announced the following preliminary results for the three months ended March 31, 2015:

The Company estimates net income attributable to Intrawest Resorts Holdings, Inc. will be between $126.0 million and $129.0 million.

Adjusted EBITDA is estimated to be between $154.0 million and $157.0 million.

Total reportable segment revenue is estimated to be between $317.0 million and $323.0 million.
 
Season pass and frequency product sales have grown 17.0% through April 9, 2015, relative to the same time last year.

The Company reiterates Fiscal 2015 Guidance.

The Company has not yet finalized its financial statement close process for the fiscal 2015 third quarter. As a result, these preliminary results remain subject to change. The Company expects to release financial and operating results for the three and nine months ended March 31, 2015 no later than May 15, 2015.
