On April 17, 2015, Exactech, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing a change in previously announced financial guidance provided by Company. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is hereby incorporated by reference in this Item 2.02.
