Item 8.01 Other Events.
On April 16, 2015, InVivo Therapeutics Holdings Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its common stock has been approved for listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market. The Company expects its common stock to begin trading on April 17, 2015 under the trading symbol “NVIV.” A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
