Section 7.01 (Regulation FD Disclosure)
On April 15, 2015, the registrant publicly issued a press release announcing that it had completed an interim financing, and in conjunction with the investment, the Company and investors have signed a letter of intent to negotiate the exclusive distribution rights for the LuViva® Advanced Cervical Scan in China, as more fully described in the press release, a copy of which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and which information is incorporated herein by reference.
