Item 8.01 Other Events
On April 16, 2015, DJO Global, Inc. (“DJO” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its indirect wholly owned subsidiary, DJO Finance LLC (“DJOFL”), and DJO Finance Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of DJOFL (“DJOFC” and, together with DJOFL, the “Issuers”), commenced a private offer to exchange their 9.75% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2017 for new 10.75% Third Lien Notes due 2020 and cash. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
