As announced in the attached press release, on April 14, 2015, the Board of Directors of Codorus Valley Bancorp, Inc. declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $.125 per common share, payable on May 12, 2015, to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 28, 2015.
