ITEM 2.02. RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION.
On April 16, 2015, Citizens First Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference. The press release announced the Company’s operating results for the quarter ended March 31, 2015. The press release also announced that on April 15, 2015, the Company repurchased the 254,218 warrants issued in 2008 to the US Treasury as part of its participation in the US Treasury’s Capital Purchase Program.
