Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On April 13, 2015, Eric M. Green, Executive Vice President and President of the Research Business Unit, notified the Company that he will resign from the Company effective April 23, 2015. Dr. Frank Wicks will take over leadership of the Research Business Unit in addition to his duties as President of the Applied Business Unit.
