This filing relates in part to the proposed reverse split of the issued shares of common stock of Axion Power International, Inc. (“Axion” or the “Company”).

 

On April 15, 2015, the Company posted a letter to shareholders on its website, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
