Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On April 14, 2015, Jeffrey Holman, the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Vapor Corp. (the “Company”) issued a shareholder update letter to the Company’s shareholders. A copy of the letter is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
