Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
The Articles of Incorporation of the Company are amended to increase the number of authorized shares of common stock to 4,500,000,000 shares.
A copy of the Articles of Amendment is filed as Exhibit 3.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
