On April 10, 2015, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Hudson Global, Inc. (the “Company”) extended to April 18, 2015 the date by which any stockholder desiring to make nominations of persons for election to the Board at the annual meeting of stockholders on June 15, 2015 must submit written notice of such nominations to the Secretary of the Company under Section 4 of Article II of the Company’s Amended and Restated By-Laws.
