Item 2.03 Creation of a Direct Financial Obligation or an Obligation under an Off-Balance Sheet Arrangement of a Registrant
On April 2, 2015, the total borrowings of Plantronics, Inc. ("the Company") under its Amended and Restated Revolving Line of Credit Note ("Amended and Restated Note") with Wells Fargo Bank, National Association reached $50.0 million. The borrowings were for (i) repurchases by the Company of its common stock under previously announced programs and (ii) for general corporate purposes.
The terms and conditions of the Amended and Restated Note and related documents were previously disclosed by the Company in a Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 13, 2015.
