On April 9, 2015, John E. Porter, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of Glen Burnie Bancorp (the “Company”) since 1995, advised the Company’s Board of Directors that he intends to retire by the end of August 2015.
The Company will commence a search for a new Chief Financial Officer.
