On April 8, 2015, Saga Communications, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it has entered into an agreement to purchase the assets of WSVA-AM, WHBG-AM, WQPO-FM, WJDV-FM, and WTGD-FM from M. Belmont VerStandig, Inc. All of the stations serve the Harrisonburg, VA radio market. The acquisition is expected to close, subject to the approval of the Federal Communications Commission, in June 2015. The press release, dated April 8, 2015, is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
