On April 6, 2015, Eco-Stim Energy Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its application to list the Company’s common stock on the NASDAQ Capital Market has been approved by The NASDAQ Stock Market, a unit of the NASDAQ OMX Group. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated by reference into this Item 8.01.
