Item 8.01 OTHER EVENTS
On April 6, 2015, Sierra Bancorp issued a press release announcing the authorization of an additional 500,000 shares for repurchase by the Company, subsequent to the repurchase of all shares previously authorized. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report.
