On March 31 2015, Aaron Davidson notified Alder BioPharmaceuticals, Inc. of his decision not to stand for re-election to our Board of Directors when his current term expires at our 2015 annual meeting of stockholders. Mr. Davidson will continue to serve as a member of our Board of Directors until the conclusion of the 2015 annual meeting of stockholders.
