Item 8.01 Other Events
On April 2, 2015, the board of directors of Red Trail Energy, L.L.C. (the "Company") declared a cash distribution of $0.20 per membership unit to the holders of units of record at the close of business on April 2, 2015, for a total distribution of $8,029,632. The Company expects to pay the distribution on April 6, 2015.
