Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
WesBanco, Inc. issued a press release today announcing that it will issue a press release highlighting the Company’s financial results for the first quarter of 2015 on Tuesday, April 28, 2015. Management will also host a conference call to discuss the Company’s financial results for the first quarter of 2015 on Wednesday, April 29, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. E.D.T.
The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
