(b)           On March 31, 2015, Kenji Harada, Ph.D., and Hironori Hozoji, each of whom is affiliated with JAFCO Co., Ltd., notified us of their resignations from our Board of Directors, effective immediately.  Dr. Harada and Mr. Hozoji informed us that the resignations were prompted by internal policies at JAFCO with respect to public company directorships.
