Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On March 31, 2015, Tecnoglass Inc. (the “Registrant”) issued a press release reporting certain estimated financial results of the Company for the twelve months ended December 31, 2014. The Company also reported in the press release that it has filed a Notification of Late Filing on Form 12b-25 with respect to its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2014, and expects to file the Annual Report on Form 10-K on or before April 15, 2015. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
