Item 8.01 Other Events.
On March 27, 2015, Moog Inc. completed the sale of the assets of Moog Medical Devices Rochester, located in Rush, NY and MMC Sterilization, located in Erie, PA, for an undisclosed sum. This business has been reported within the Medical Devices segment. Combined sales of the businesses for fiscal 2014 were approximately $7 million. There is an estimated $.04 after-tax loss per share generated from this sale, which will be reflected in the Company's second quarter results for the period ended April 4, 2015.
