On March 27, 2015, Intersections Inc. issued a press release announcing its results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2014 and posted a reconciliation of certain non-GAAP measures on its website (www.intersections.com). Intersections also posted an Earnings Review and Business Update on March 30, 2015 on its website.
