On March 30, 2015, Ameriana Bancorp (the “Company”), the holding company for Ameriana Bank, issued a press release announcing that it had increased its quarterly cash dividend on the Company’s common stock to $0.04 per share. For more information, reference is made to the Company’s press release dated March 30, 2015, a copy of which is attached to this Report as Exhibit 99.1 and is furnished herewith.
