On March 27, 2015, Avenue Financial Holdings, Inc., a Tennessee corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release relating to the renewal of its office lease and plans for rennovation of the building occupied by the Company. A copy of the press release is included as an exhibit to this Current Report and, pursuant to the rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission, such exhibit and the information set forth therein, shall be deemed to be furnished, and shall not be deemed to be “filed,” under the Securities Exchange At of 1934, as amended, except as required by law.
