Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On March 23, 2015, the Company named Mr. Airton L. Hentschke as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Universal Corporation effective April 1, 2015. Mr. Hentschke succeeds Mr. W. Keith Brewer as the Company’s Chief Operating Officer due to Mr. Brewer’s previously announced retirement. The Company’s press release announcing Mr. Hentschke’s appointment is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference into this Item 5.02.
