EXPLANATORY NOTE
On February 13, 2015, Rose Rock Midstream, L.P. filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission a Current Report on Form 8-K, dated February 13, 2015 (the “Form 8-K”). The Form 8-K inadvertently included Item 2.01 “Completion of Acquisition or Disposition of Assets,” paragraphs (a) and (b) under Item 9.01 “Financial Statements and Exhibits” and the disclosures under Item 2.01 and Item 9.01(a) and (b). The purpose of this Current Report on Form 8-K/A is to delete Item 2.01, Item 9.01(a) and (b) and the disclosures under Item 2.01 and Item 9.01(a) and (b) from the Form 8-K and to add Item 9.01(d) “Exhibits.”
