This 8-K is being filed for the sole purpose of filing the financial statements and pro forma financial information required by Item 9.01 on Form 8-K for the proposed acquisition of Alex City Marketplace located in Alexander City, Alabama. This acquisition is expected to be completed no later than June 30, 2015.
