Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
On March 20, 2015, Dinamo Corp. (the "Company") received notification from FINRA that as of March 20, 2015, the name of the Company will be changed to "Oriental Magic Soup, Inc." and the 6-1 forward stock split will be announced on the Daily List. The name change and forward split will take effect on March 23, 2015. The new symbol in 20 business days will be "CQGU".
In addition to the name change of the Company, the Company's Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation increased the amount of authorized shares of common stock from 75,000,000 to 150,000,000 and increased the authorized share capital of the Company by providing for the adoption of 5,000,000 shares of blank check preferred stock.
