Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On March 24, 2015, NephroGenex, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its financial results and other information for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2014. The full text of the press release and the related attachments are furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
The Company will conduct a conference call to review its financial results on March 25, 2015, at 8:00 a.m., Eastern time.
