On March 19, 2015, Dr. Ralph E. Christoffersen notified Calithera Biosciences, Inc. of his decision not to stand for re-election to our Board of Directors when his current term expires at our 2015 annual meeting of stockholders. Dr. Christoffersen will continue to serve as a member of our Board of Directors until the conclusion of the 2015 annual meeting of stockholders.
