Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On March 24, 2015, representatives of GenSpera, Inc. (the “Company”) will present at the 12th Annual BIO International Conference. The conference will be held at the Grant Hyatt in Tokyo, Japan. Filed herewith as Exhibit 99.01 are the slides that are to be presented at such conference.
