On March 19, 2015, John R. Castellano, Centrus Energy Corp.’s (the “Company”) former Interim President and Chief Executive Officer, notified the Company’s Board of Directors of his resignation, effective March 23, 2015. Daniel B. Poneman assumed the office of President and Chief Executive Officer and became a director of the Company on March 23, 2015. The information required by this Item 5.02 with respect to Mr. Poneman’s appointment was included in the Company’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Commission on March 11, 2015 and is incorporated herein by reference.
