Item 8.01. Other Events.
On March 17, 2015, the Board of Directors of Virginia National Bankshares Corporation declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.075 per share payable on April 10, 2015 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 31, 2015. A copy of the press release announcing the dividend is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
