On March 18, 2015, TreeHouse Foods, Inc. (NYSE: THS) (the “Company”) announced that Christopher D. Sliva has been promoted to the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company. Mr. Silva currently serves as Executive Vice President of the Company and President of Bay Valley Foods, LLC. Mr. Sliva’s biography and information regarding Mr. Sliva’s compensation arrangements are set forth in the Company’s proxy statement on Schedule 14A for its 2015 Annual Meeting of stockholders as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 2, 2015, and such information is hereby incorporated by reference into this Current Report on Form 8-K.
