Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure
On March 20, 2015, United States Cellular Corporation (“U.S. Cellular”), a subsidiary of Telephone and Data Systems, Inc. (“TDS”), announced that it would discontinue its Rewards program for customers that are on service plans eligible for Rewards points.
For additional information on the changes to the Rewards program, see U.S. Cellular’s Current Report on Form 8-K dated the date hereof, which is incorporated by reference herein.
