On March 19, 2015, the Company issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has authorized the repurchase of up to $50 million of its common stock beginning on May 1, 2015 and ending on April 30, 2016. A copy of such press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.
