Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On March 19, 2015, DecisionPoint Systems, Inc. (the “Registrant”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2014. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

Also on March 19, 2015, the Company’s management team hosted a conference call to discuss the Company’s results for the year ended December 31, 2014, which had been previously scheduled and announced and was open to the public. An audio replay of the conference call will be available for seven days and can be accessed by dialing 1-877-870-5176 (USA) or +1-858-384-5517 (international) and using passcode 10061634, and will be archived shortly following the event for 30 days in the Investors section of the Company's website, at www.decisionpt.com.
