On March 13, 2015, Cover-All Technologies Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release to provide an update on the progress of the Company’s previously announced merger with Majesco. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
