On March 16, 2015, H. Wayne McGaugh, the Chief Accounting Officer of National Bank Holdings Corporation (the “Company”), departed the Company. Brian F. Lilly, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, will take on the role of the Company’s principal accounting officer.
