(b) Retirement of Director.
KBR announced today, March 18, 2015, that Frank Blount will be retiring from the KBR Board of Directors effective May 14, 2015. The full text of the press release announcing Mr. Blount’s retirement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
