On March 16, 2015, Synthetic Biologics, Inc., a Nevada corporation, (the “Registrant") issued the attached press release that included financial information for its fiscal year ended December 31, 2014. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report on Form 8-K.
