On March 16, 2015, Spirit Realty Capital, Inc. issued a press release announcing the declaration of a cash dividend to its stockholders for the first quarter of 2015. A cash dividend of $0.1700 per share of common stock will be paid on April 15, 2015 to stockholders of record on March 31, 2015. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
