ITEM 8.01. Other Events.
On March 12, 2015, KBR, Inc. received notice from the Defense Security Service’s Facility Security Office of the United States Department of Defense that our facility security clearance has been revalidated, which affirms our subsidiary’s security clearance in connection with our Department of Defense related work.
